Ah...my time in Ecuador. Seems I have a hard time putting into words, what being at Moringa Sagrada has done for me. I was there for a work exchange, to put my art on the walls of the rainbow house and help out wherever there was a need. Being here has allowed me time to slow down amd reflect on every part of my life. To really ask myself some hard questions and actually have time and silence to listen to how my body responds. Knowing what it feels like in my body to eat real whole foods, has been healing. When i arrived Jan 13, i had a bakers cyst on the back of both of my knees. One of them showing up the first time a week before i lwft to come here. Since changing my diet i was able to completely heal rhe one cyst and the other one has reduced by 75%. If that all i got from this journey, that in and of itself wouldve been enough. However, Its been surreal, leaving my art on the walls. I love helping others make their spaces beautiful and I feel like ive do e an amazing job since ive never paid ting on such a large scale before. I look forward to many trips back. And I sure hope others have such and amazing experience as well.
